Another one bites the dust
Towards the end of last month we commented on James Milner's situation at Aston Villa, noting that "we're familiar with Milner's tactics, having experienced exactly the same situation back in August 2008". Although our old boy's departure for Man City hasn't yet been confirmed, it seems he may have once again directly or indirectly precipitated the resignation of his manager. At least King Kev lasted until September, though...

It has to be said, it all looks very familiar.
It's silly money, with no sell-on clause!
It would amuse me greatly if Villa went down the same route as we did, INCLUDING shock relegation at the end of it.
The Villa fans deserve it after their disgusting behaviour towards Newcastle fans on the day we went down.
Only, Lerner won't be stupid enough to put someone like Joe Kinnear in charge, will he ?
I thought I had seen that goal.com reported that Villa was interested in US coach Bob Bradley...
